Authenticity Policy

GMT Watches & Jewellery Trading ensures that every watch, bag, and piece of branded jewellery sold through the platform is authentic. Where possible, items include original packaging, serial numbers, and certificates of authenticity.

• All products are brand new and unused unless otherwise specified.
• Each high-end watch and jewellery piece includes an identifiable serial number where applicable.
• Original serial numbers are kept intact and unmodified.
• Some jewellery pieces may not have serial numbers due to manufacturer design or size constraints.

Shipping Information

GMT Watches & Jewellery Trading provides domestic and international shipping options with security and insurance considerations for high-value items.

Insurance and secure delivery

Shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage. For items exceeding the standard insurance limit, a secure armored carrier may be arranged, with additional charges where applicable.

Personal delivery in the UAE

Personal delivery may be available within the UAE for enhanced security. In this case, a GMT Watches & Jewellery Trading team member can hand-deliver the purchase. Additional fees may apply.

Shipping to an alternate address

For security reasons, luxury goods are preferably shipped to the billing address. If delivery to a different address is required, customers should contact their credit card provider to add an alternate shipping address for added security.

International Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges depending on the destination country.

• Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
• Customs charges are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Customers should check with their local customs office before placing an international order.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by customs procedures in the destination country.

Return Policy

If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, the item may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• For international orders, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be processed via cash, cheque, bank transfer, or another appropriate method.
• Refund processing may take up to 30 days.
• Special orders and deposits are non-refundable unless a partial refund is approved by management.

Watch return conditions

Watches must be returned in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Customers should not wear or resize a watch until they are certain they want to keep it. Custom and special orders are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, including stock unavailability. If an order is canceled, the customer will receive a full refund.

Warranty Policy

All watches purchased from GMT Watches & Jewellery Trading include a 6-month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and supports proper functioning after repair at the service center.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• Wear and tear is not covered.
• Damage to straps, crystals, or damage caused by water exposure is not covered.
• Repairs within the warranty period may be handled through the service center staffed with expert watchmakers.
• A 1-month post-repair period may allow additional service at no cost where applicable.
