GMT Watches & Jewellery Trading are confident that you will be delighted with the quality of our products. However, we understand that there can be exceptions. It is therefore important that you inspect your product(s) promptly upon receipt and check for any defects.

If you do notice any issues, please notify us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery date, and return any faulty product to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Rest assured that if all the necessary conditions are met and the product is found to be defective, GMT Watches & Jewellery will replace the product with an identical one, repair it, or provide a full refund, including the normal postage charge. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience with us.
